- Provide an efficient and friendly service when taking orders.
- Provide assistance to customers in their selection of product range.
- Suggest additional item and promotional item to complement the customer’s meal.
- Clean table, chairs, floor, toilets, front counter area, brass fittings to ensure a hygienic environment for customers.
- Manage cash register float and prepare regular surplus cash deposit in accordance with Cash Handling procedures.
- Maintain stock levels of condiments, straws and serviettes, etc.
- Display standard and promotional in-store advertising material in line with company policy and procedures.
- As a member of the team, actively participate and contribute to team outcomes by making suggestions for improvement as based on observation and customer feedback.
